Whether you're new to boxing or looking to refine your skills, Lifelong Boxing Club provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all fitness levels.

Build confidence, discipline, and strength with Element Youth Boxing Academy, a structured program designed to introduce and develop boxing skills for young athletes.

🥊 Ages 4-12: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

🥊 Ages 13-17: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Led by experienced coaches, this program teaches fundamental techniques, footwork, and conditioning while instilling values like respect, perseverance, and self-discipline. Whether your child is new to boxing or looking to refine their skills, Element Youth Boxing Academy provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all levels.

Every participant also receives a free YWCA membership, granting access to the pool, hot tub, and sauna—perfect for recovery and relaxation. Empower your child with the skills, strength, and confidence to succeed in and out of the ring!

No prior boxing experience is necessary—Rock Steady Boxing provides a safe, welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
