Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private is one of the most economical ways to have a trainer help you personally hit your goals without spending more than you can afford. Participants will experience various training regimens while learning practical boxing techniques in a small group setting. Through Semi-Private Training participants will set goals, learn about nutrition, and set healthy habits all while learning the “Art of Boxing.” This unique program was designed by professional boxing trainers to allow people of all skill levels the opportunity to experience a fight camp training program in a small group setting without the risk of getting hurt.
